  • Guests — adults, and children with ages (six and over on standard bookings; younger children on whole-camp bookings).
  • Residency — South African residents have a dedicated SA Resident rate band; mention it and we quote accordingly.
  • Dietary needs & special occasions — honeymoon, anniversary, milestone birthday — so Pitso, Kabelo, and the team can plan ahead.

50% deposit on confirmation; balance 30 days before arrival. Changes to dates free up to 90 days before arrival.

Before arrival

Final invoice, full directions, transfer arrangement from Hoedspruit Eastgate (HDS), and a short pre-arrival note on dietary needs and special occasions.
