Full-board, all-inclusive
Rates at Sausage Tree are full-board and all-inclusive: meals, drinks (house wines, spirits, soft drinks, hot drinks, water), twice-daily open-vehicle game drives, guided bush walks where weather and guide availability allow, the conservation contribution to Daktari Bush School, and VAT at 15%.
The Olifants West Nature Conservancy levy (R120 per vehicle plus R450 per person, cash at the gate) is settled separately on arrival. Transfers from Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport (HDS) are quoted on top. South African residents have a dedicated three-band rate structure across our two tiers; returning guests receive a 10% reduction — mention this at enquiry.
Age 6 and over
Children & Families
We host families regularly. Children aged six and over are welcome on standard bookings, with adult supervision required day and night (the camp is unfenced). Children aged six to twelve sharing with an adult are 50% of the adult sharing rate. Children under six are welcome when the entire camp is booked by a single family or group, with game-drive arrangements adjusted accordingly.

How to Book
Send us your dates — James or Sonja will reply with availability and a tentative quote. You can book directly with us or through your trusted travel agent; both paths work the same way. A deposit of 50% secures the booking; the balance is payable 30 days before arrival. Changes to dates are free up to 90 days before arrival.
